　　答：北京公安出入境外國人工作、學(xué)習(xí)等居留事由終止的，如因人道原因需要繼續(xù)停留的，應(yīng)當(dāng)向出入境管理部門提交居留許可和工作、學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)束的證明材料等，出入境管理部門簽發(fā)停留期不超過30日的停留證件。
